This immersive activation is designed to not only showcase the breathtaking beauty of our local flora and avifauna but also to raise awareness about the importance of conservation and the preservation of our vibrant native species.
Prepare to be transported into a world of wonder across two locations: Rockley Gardens and Prahran Square. Where two magnificent pop-up cubes will come to life. These cubes, meticulously constructed by the renowned Indigenous builders, Dundee Rock, stand tall at an impressive 2.4m x 2.4m x 2.4m, serving as a testament to the grandeur of nature and the significance of our native birds and Indigenous flora.

As you explore the Wings of Wonder Project, you will encounter an array of local native Australian birds.
Marvel at the vibrant plumage of the Lorikeet, a true embodiment of nature's kaleidoscope. Feel the majestic presence of Bunjil, the Eagle Hawk, as it soars through the skies, a symbol of strength and wisdom. Be captivated by the Cockatoo, with its majestic crest and playful nature. Listen to the enchanting calls of Waa, the Crow, as it weaves its way through the trees, a messenger between worlds.
Each bird has a unique story to tell, a rich cultural heritage to share, and a vital role to play in our ecosystem. By celebrating their beauty and diversity, we can also learn more about ourselves and our connection to this land.
As you delve deeper into this activation, you will also discover the importance of native botanicals in our ecosystem.

Admire the delicate Kangaroo Apple Flower, a native bloom that holds secrets of ancient healing practices. Location - The activation will be held at Rockley Gardens and Prahran Square in the Stonnington Precinct.
