At By Josh Deane , we stay true to our original ethos of custom-made, upcycled wearable art. Our clothing is produced on a print-on-demand basis, ensuring minimal waste and promoting responsible consumption. Each piece is crafted specifically for you, transforming clothing into wearable art.
We hope to inspire respect for what we buy, encouraging you to view our pieces as more than just clothing. Due to processes, orders can take 3-6 weeks to arrive from our manufacturers to you. Thank you for your patience and support in our commitment to sustainability and unique design.
Product information
Our Pants, Shorts and Shirts sizes run small, for a regular fit we recommend buying one size bigger and an oversized fit buying two sizes bigger than you usually would wear.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Upon delivery at your specified address, ownership and risk of damage is transferred to the customer. We require a signature upon delivery; if you are placing an order as a gift please use the name of the intended recipient in the shipping address form located at the checkout. We will not be held responsible for any undeliverable orders. In the instance that the intended recipient is unavailable it is up to the customer to organise re-delivery with Australia Post or the courier company.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order please contact admin@byjoshdeane.com and provide the order number emailed to you at time of order placement and reason for cancellation. If your order was placed after 10am on a business day please notify us via email at: admin@byjoshdeane.com before 10am the following day. We will be unable to process a cancellation of your order if we are not notified of your intention to cancel the order by 10am the following day
